Add assignment email digest support

Fixes #6.

Summary

• add optional assignee email field to tasks
• persist sanitized assignee emails with tasks
• queue assignment changes into hourly digest emails
• include unsubscribe link in each digest body
• add tests for assignment digest delivery

Verification

• npm test
• npm run lint
• git diff --check
