Docker containers added as per #5.
Apologies this was sitting on my desk for a while, had finished the implementation but had to figure out where exactly put the Docker images. See README for usage instructions. I am uploading the images manually for now since the time it takes to build them would exhaust our Github Actions usage time limits rather quickly.
