Overview
Updates the CodeQL workflow to use github/codeql-action v4.37.2 instead of v4.35.5 on the init, autobuild, and analyze steps in .github/workflows/codeql-analysis.yml. Workflow triggers, language matrix, and permissions are unchanged.

The newer action release pulls in updated default CodeQL bundles and upstream fixes; this repo does not add config-file or other new inputs, so behavior should match the existing Python scan with a newer scanner runtime.
