…ditorial (dev twin) Same change as the main hotfix. On dev, keyed-rpc-robinhood declares its region tabs so it is returned untouched; the page-level guard from the previous twin is removed. Dev twin of the main hotfix. Confinement moves from page.tsx into overlayEditorial; keyed-rpc-robinhood on dev declares region tabs and is untouched (replayed: both regions kept). tsc + eslint clean.
