overlayEditorial fell back to the stored snapshot's dimensions when the live spec declares none, so prod (Singapore-only YAML) inherited the region tabs from the dev-built worker snapshot and exposed a US-East tab. The live YAML is now the source of truth for dimensions. Abstract updated to name the Singapore probe region.
