The Govassist Refresh (Project Horizon) A comprehensive modernization of government service delivery platforms. This project evolved from the Govassist prototype I developed in March 2024, which demonstrated the viability of AI-powered solutions for local government. The Refresh represents a complete reimagining of that foundation—scaling it to meet the complex, real-world needs of government services across multiple jurisdictions.
