RISING 3D codes are added for both the LIDC-IDRI and ACMIT (WN) datasets.
There are some files that are modified/ newly created in the LION framework:

Also, "slice_thicknesses_all_patients.csv" contains the slice thickness extracted from the DICOM header of the original LIDC-IDRI dataset. This information will be needed to create the 3D images and the digital sinogram.
