The OSCC supports sustainable, collaborative, and well governed open-source practices across CRESYM projects and initiatives
CRESYM already has strong and growing open-source activities across multiple projects and collaborative initiatives.
However, these efforts are currenthly decentralized, with each project often defining its own practices and approaches.
As these activities continue to scale, this creates challenges in terms of consistency, reuse, visibility and coordination across the organization.
There is also an increasing need to manage open-source activities more stategically, particularly when collaborating with external partners, research communities, and broader open-source ecosystems.
The OSCC is intended to help provide coordination, guidane, and reusable best practices while supporting project autonomy and collaboration.
