module/directory. Do not extractmetabo_diet_analysis_bundle.zipon top of the clone. - To take the course, open
module/support/metabo_diet_learner_guide.pdfand follow its first-time setup page. - To run the code, use the step-by-step instructions in the module guide. Keep the entire
module/folder together. - The main notebook is
module/notebooks/metabo_diet_harmonization.ipynb. ItsNB-L1throughNB-L5headings match the five lessons in the learner guide.
The Python notebook is the required coding activity. The R companion is optional. Both use the included public-data cache by default, so live API access is not required after packages are installed.
Original Metabo-Diet training materials are publicly reusable under the
Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International license. Third-party
data retain the licenses and attribution requirements documented in
module/ATTRIBUTION.md and module/data/provenance.json.
