Write fitted values for 76 donor KCs (Tier 3+4) and donor-average fills for 29 disqualified KCs (Tier 1+2) into experimentalBKTParams.json — 105 KCs total. Recipients use a domain (subject) average where the subject has >=5 donors, else the global donor mean; Physics recipients (no donors) and the Data Science recipient fall back accordingly. defaultBKTParams.json is untouched.
