* as flushing is done synchronously, this increases the speed
* Block device not yet functional * Revise reporting for unimplemented features * Start interrupt handling to detect them * Revise linux device tree to resemble other emulators
* Also adds capacity computation (broken)
* the first few pages apparently have to be writeable
* It seems the linux image actually needs those in the current configuration
