NuGet/login cannot match an org-owned policy from a reusable workflow (issue #6), so do the OIDC login + push here. Build/test/pack still come from the shared reusable workflow; version-bump now calls the reusable update-version.yml. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
