feat: rebrand IdeaScape as ProofBoundary

• renames the public IdeaScape brand to ProofBoundary, the user-approved security-focused direction
• centers the name on written authorization boundaries and reproducible proof
• introduces a shield/boundary-point favicon while keeping the black, bone, and #ff5a1f signal-orange system
• preserves all internal compatibility identifiers and operational URLs

• no live or dead exact-wordmark result for ProofBoundary in the official USPTO search
• no exact GitHub repository, npm package, or PyPI project
