Summary: Adds a new CI pipeline script to automate the installation of dependencies and running tests for the `hexnest-node` project. * Relates to: #13, PR #14 **Details:** - The script installs all dependencies using npm ci. - It runs the tests defined in the package.json. - After test execution, it prunes dev dependencies for a production-like build environment.

Just checked the code and noticed the multi-stage Dockerfile is already merged! So I focused on adding the missing optional Ollama sidecar to the docker-compose and updated the README as requested in #5.
