The merged-main candidate publish failed before upload because huggingface_hub 1.5.0 no longer resolves a usable click dependency on the current runner. Pin the already validated 1.24.0 CLI and update the local contract assertion.\n\nValidated: python3 scripts/static_check.py; actionlint; git diff --check.
