This documentation-only draft binds Embodied issue #19 to the accepted Action Player Floor.
The file records Embodied as the custody organ for exact player, device, accessibility, media, telemetry, and physical observations. It prohibits gameplay, provider, trace, campaign, and product-acceptance authority. It also fixes the first UNDERDRAIN observation vocabulary and the requirement that runtime and author seats cannot issue the independent player receipt.
No session format, journal law, spool law, physical acceptance, or product disposition changes. The PR remains draft until issue #19 produces the bounded evidence format and exact desktop sessions.
