First install "Google App Engine" useing this link for furture information read the provided document on this link.
Second step go to the app engine click file open add exiting application then look for you floder that contains the app file and add the path
When you finish adding path to your app engine then can click on Play Button and and wait for it to load on to the app engine
After that Click on browser logo on your app engine
Then it will take you to your browser and you can see witch port it is running on open that port or local host "8080" to see you applications live feed
