While upstream didn't use this fix, it was apparently due to issues specifically tied to OMORI's use of the default RMMV bundle of NWJS v0.29. All games in the START AGAIN series use the much more recent (though still very outdated today) NWJS v0.49.2, so it should be a lot more reliable here if I understand correctly.
This fix also deals with any case of file naming vs. referencing in either a base-game or mod-package causing with case-sensitivity (which ISAT has when left unmodified, though I have not tested SA3AP)
