About The Pull Request
This PR adds PROTOLATHE tag to pill bottles design and its ID in basic research node, therefore making it possible to craft them in medical protolathe/techfab, instead of just autolathe.
Why It's Good For The Game
Pill bottles are a basic medical thing like beakers… You need to put your funny pills somewhere… Why shouldn’t it be available in department techfab for quick access?
