Adds support for customising the loader config.
We are using LiveMonacoEditor in Supabase and Logflare (https://github.com/Logflare/logflare) but would like to keep the monaco sources in our own asset bundle. This PR supports passing a value to
monaco-editor/loaderto specify where to load sources from.
