Founder-confirmed archival of v0.1-foundation after v0.1.0 shipped + tagged (public, CI green) and all sub-Playbooks A-F landed. - Move cocoder/priorities/v0.1-foundation -> priorities/zArchive/v0.1-foundation; ARCHIVED banner + status flipped to Complete. - ADR-0011 (v0.1 closeout): records the waived Refine validations (P-R1 two-workspace concurrency, P-R3 recovery, P-R4 dashboard-UX, B/C founder Refines) — not run; validated by ship + founder real-use. Notes the temporary 0009->0011 ADR gap on main (0010 lands via v0.5 Phase 2). - PRIORITIES.md: drop v0.1 row + parser block; add Recently Archived entry. - zArchive/INDEX.md created. - v0.5 README/PRIORITIES: drop the v0.1 carryover from Phase 3 (done here).
