Added a term to the Unique Volunteers list

Fixes #1700

• The CELTS team asked for a quick fix to their reports. Specifically, they need the Term column to be added to the unique volunteers to be able to compare their data against the CELTS link

Changes

• Added a "Term" column in Unique volunteers list
• It shows Fall and Spring of that academic year for all the unique volunteers in the list

Testing

• Test with production data
• Download reports for AY 2024-2025
• Navigate to the "Unique Volunteers" list in the spreadsheet
• There should be a term indicated for each participant, starting from the Fall of that year and continuing to the Spring of that year
