Adds partners/servers/microsoft-sentinel-memory-mcp-server.json registering the Sentinel Memory MCP tool collection at https://sentinel.microsoft.com/mcp/memory. The collection exposes four memory tools (search_memory, get_memory, upsert_memory, delete_memory) that let security agents persist and recall knowledge across investigations.
