This PR adds a new "Additional Resources" section to the README.md file with links to Azure AI Foundry community support channels. The new section includes:
The section is positioned at the end of the README and uses the same
##heading style as existing sections to maintain consistency with the document structure. These resources will help developers get support when working with the Azure AI Agents demo and provide channels for community engagement and feedback.Fixes #6.
