In this project, I utilized various apis to scrape retail websites like zillow, realtor.com, and other charlotte retail websites. Then I created an R code to analyze the results. I considered various regions' price per square foot changes over time, as well as number of bedrooms and bathrooms to determine the ideal property location and type.
