Installation

Installation from source, working directory where source is checked out

$ pip install .

This package is available on PYPI, allowing

$ pip install drasticali

Then pull and/or build stimela images

uDocker [Recommended]

$ stimela pull

Podman [Recommended]

$ stimela pull -p

Singularity [Recommeded]

$ stimela pull --singularity --pull-folder <folder to store stimela singularity images>

Docker

$ stimela pull -d
$ stimela build
