Note that intrin.h and crtders.h are commented out, and a SIMDe header need to be included before the intrin.h
+ Avoid integer overflow + cf. http://lightzoneproject.org/comment/9868#comment-9868 + Not sure why the artifacts didn't appear on v4.1.8 and earlier packages for Windows. Is it depend on gcc version?
