Not included in the 4.0.0 release. AGP 9.3.1 requires Gradle 9.5 or newer, but this PR updates AGP alone while the repository wrapper is 9.4.1, so CI fails before compilation. This needs a coordinated AGP + Gradle + SDK 37 migration after the stable release.
