CC: Powered is an addon for the CC: Tweaked Minecraft Forge mod that adds the use of Forge Energy to your computers.
Currently, this mod only adds energy consumption to computers, with peripherals being a future feature. Command computers don't consume energy nor do they store it, as they are creative items.
In order to use this mod, you will need a mod like Mekanism, as this mod does not provide any sources of Forge Energy.
This mod has a server configuration where you can configure the capacity, consumption, and input rate of each computer type.
In order to disable the energy requirement for a specific type of computer, just set the consumption or all values to 0.

I don't have any specific guidelines on how the code should be written, as long as it works and isn't too messy.
