gaggibot collides with the shot-plotting bot on the GaggiMate Discord, so: MATEbot. Repo already renamed (old URLs redirect). This renames the package, CLI, env vars (GAGGIBOT_* -> MATEBOT_*), NixOS module (services.matebot), Docker image (ghcr.io/alexnly/matebot), web footer and docs. Early enough that no compatibility shims are warranted.
