Upstream review: musithang#10. Depends on #5. This stack builds tinySA support on calibrated power traces.
The acquisition backend was complete. The Options pane had no backend-neutral contract for listing choices or applying changes.
This PR adds an asynchronous device-options contract with pending state. Successful changes refresh the complete authoritative option snapshot. #7 uses the contract for tinySA controls and persistence.
