A shared plugin profile stopped reflecting plugins installed later on another device, so keeping Mac, Arch, and VPS aligned still required manual profile edits.
Auto-adopting profiles now derive one effective union from the durable, enabled user-managed inventory reported by each assigned device. Each device writes only its own report, avoiding shared-file conflicts; product-managed, disabled, cached, and session-only plugins remain excluded. Selected profiles stay opt-in and unchanged.
Validation:
npm test(88 passing), syntax checks,npm pack --dry-run, andgit diff --check.
