This PR improves passive advertisement handling consumers can classify Airthings devices before opening a BLE connection.
It adds advertisement parsing for supported devices, identifies known unsupported families like View and Renew, and treats unknown Airthings-like devices separately instead of exposing them as generic unknown BLE devices.
It also exposes the shared Airthings service UUID constants publicly and cleans up device model handling by removing the UNKNOWN device type.
