Release 0.1.11: roll changelog for #45

Release 0.1.11

Rolls the [Unreleased] changelog section under ## [0.1.11] - 2026-07-20. Cargo.toml was already bumped to 0.1.11 by #45.

Included since 0.1.10

• Fixed — Viewer: exhibit-body tables now get the markdown data-table styling and scroll wide tables inside their block instead of overflowing the detail column (RESULT: client-side markdown rendering of exhibit bodies (D4, hub-parity) #32).
• Security — Viewer: exhibit-body markdown now neutralises link/image destinations whose scheme is not http/https/mailto, closing the remaining markdown-link XSS vector (RESULT: client-side markdown rendering of exhibit bodies (D4, hub-parity) #32).

Release step after merge

Once merged, push the v0.1.11 tag on the merge commit to trigger the cargo-dist release (GitHub Release + Homebrew formula push to ARA-Labs/homebrew-tap).
