parallel the code using MPI. NOTE: the animations will give an error, you have to make it work on only one node, as it is useless in a lot of cores. add the matout subroutine to print the matrix (hessian and the distances) in a good way, THX to LTTC course
add Thomson_mpi to the makefile
update the make file with some new flags after the VI_HPS workshop (CALMIP) to get some performance from the code, well it was good but now it is better
