Added section for YouTube video tutorials related to sessions.

@arun-geoinfo, the ask wasn't one link per event to the youtube channel, but one link per session to the corresponding video, added to the agenda/program. Applied to all 4 JuliaEO events. Consistency on how the links are added is very important. The format should be to transform the existing session title into a link. |
