Linked to issue #62 . After researching covid19-forecast-hub submission over the existence of the hub, these are the definitions I propose for the covid challenges. The season start/end dates align with what I defined in hub_dates.json. Some notes:
2025-10-04,2025-10-11, and2025-10-18because the ensemble did not submit (I think due to government shutdown)2025-01-25(same as all other 24-25 challenges, due to government shutdown)
