Renames the inline RemoteUI open-link marker from 打开渐进式UI to 查看视图 (cli click-detection + the a3s-os-capabilities skill the agent follows). Pairs with a3s-webview v0.1.1 (nav toolbar). Bumps 0.5.13 → 0.5.14.
