I'm updating the code so it can be compiled using dmd 2.101.0.
I'm compiling a simple hello world as follows: dmd test_mpi.d -L-L/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/openmpi/ -L-lmpi -L-ldl -L-lhwloc
