已审阅固定提交范围 139fff6aab61547babaa08c631332f0c1ac01ad1...b5364802f6c86269ed6eb3b126bf2d718a344368。本 PR 仅将 deploy/scripts/sync-build-deploy.sh 的权限从 0644 修正为 0755，与 systemd 单元中的直接 ExecStart 调用一致；未发现由该改动引入的正确性、兼容性或安全回归。已验证脚本可执行且 bash -n deploy/scripts/sync-build-deploy.sh 通过。
