As proposed offline, this PR adds support for bootstrapping the node and ntx-builder for official networks via hardcoded URLs.
Bootstrapping from file is retained, but is renamed to
--fileto mirror the new--networkarg. It should be fairly self-obvious what this is in context.URLs are
genesis.<network>.miden.io.
