Templates should be converted to raw files

qemu-img convert -f qcow2 -o raw <template.qcow2> <newfile.img>

Simple solution

Check if raw images can work with backend files. No code changes required work with raw files.

Does not work cause raw images dont support backing files

Hard solution

Make clones of templates inserted in ovs templates should be machine templates. After making such clones we should change the machine sizes.
