## Candidates
- **`css/`** => modern layout, cascade layers, container queries, styling architecture (or does this fold into `architecture/` and `performance/`?)
- **`build-tooling/`** => Vite, bundlers, monorepo tooling, CI for frontend
## Per CONTRIBUTING.md, a new topic needs
1. A reason it deserves its own folder (not overlapping existing ones)
2. 3–5 example articles that could live in it
3. A first article in the same PR, **new sections never start empty**
