Model refresh improvements

Leftovers from #29 & #30:

• Tweak the create-rls-species-dataset-from-api command to get all available images:
  • Save species.json to the output directory
  • Stop filtering by methods (can be applied after the fact)
  • Stop filtering out non-binomial names
• Change get_species_from_path to use species.json to get the full name if available OR drop the assumption of binomial slugs
• Retrain on the full image set for 20 frozen + 400 unfrozen
