This is potentially an issue as it seems that the lack of a license means that the copyright is owned by the author and there is no legal way to fork, copy, etc. Can the copyright holder add license to this repository to make it legally less ambiguous? If the author is abandoning this work, would you consider a CC-0 license to enter it into the public domain?
