• Silent noticeably lowers CPU package power and/or fan noise vs Balanced (seen in HWiNFO64, or clearly quieter/cooler by ear).
• Extreme unlocks full power / the fans ramp up as expected.
• Switching profiles in the app is stable — no crash, black screen, or stuck fans, and the app's profile matches what I selected.

Thanks for the report! The capture shows identical bytes in all four scenarios (0xD2 = C1 and 0xD4 = 1D everywhere) - i.e. nothing actually changed in the EC while capturing. On Creator-series machines this usually means the scenario switcher wasn't toggled between steps, or MSI Center ships a different scenario set for Creators (e.g. "User Scenario" in MSI Center Pro).

Could you check what scenario options your MSI Center offers, switch for real between the wizard steps (waiting ~5 s after each switch), and re-run tray → Report my model…? If your MSI Center genuinely has no such scenarios, tell us what it does offer and we'll work out the mapping.
