Pull Request #9 has introduced errors/issues with Options/Help

Per Pull Request #9, functionality related to the Options/Help within the addon has been broken.

This issue is being created to track/address the correction of the following:

Options/Help systems within Addon-Settings no longer shows

Pull Request #14 includes a fix fo this Help & Commands sections not loading.
There's still a weirdness that causes them to show up blank initially, but clicking on the other item (Help <-> Commands) and then back seems to get it to show.
