[Feature Request] Onboarding flow should be hidden after completion

After Onboarding completion, still see an option to [Begin] it again https://i.imgur.com/Fw7f3uf.png

Describe the solution you'd like

If the user has completed the Onboarding flow, they shouldn't see this option.
We should also add Tutorials/FAQ, "Configure Additional Capabilities" (web search, google, git) , OpenAI, Open Router to the interface, so users can access them without going through the Onboarding process.
