The user-run bar is the real thing: a fresh MURMUR_HOME in a real terminal, the three seed questions answered by hand, and a judgment on whether the resulting persona.md reads like someone you would want on the air — and whether the questions themselves feel like an introduction rather than a form.
Worth doing on a throwaway MURMUR_HOME, since murmur never rewrites persona.md once it exists.
