Deprecated API in subsystem archetype since 28

Those warnings appeared since WildFly 37 in the subsystem archetype:

The method builder(PathElement) from the type PersistentResourceXMLDescription has been deprecated and marked for removal => SubsystemExtension.java, line 82
The type PersistentResourceXMLDescription has been deprecated since version 28.0 and marked for removal => SubsystemExtension.java, line 82
The method build() from the type PersistentResourceXMLDescription.PersistentResourceXMLBuilder has been deprecated and marked for removal => SubsystemExtension.java, line 84

Introduced by wildfly/wildfly-core#6261 and https://issues.redhat.com/browse/WFCORE-6779

Here are the changes for two subsystems:

"WFCORE-7200 Migrate discovery subsystem to SubsystemResourceXMLSchema.": wildfly/wildfly-core@e48b428
"WFCORE-7199 Migrate IO subsystem to SubsystemResourceXMLSchema.": wildfly/wildfly-core@21e6c07

But those subsystems have more differences to the archetype subsystem (e.g. a "Registration" / "Registrar") which do not exist here. So I feel quite helpless on how to update them...

@pferraro Can you help? That'd be great if the subsystem archetype could be updated to the latest API and make sure it puts new subsystem development on the right track.
